Contracted by Parsons Brinckerhoff and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, this high-level Vision Video was art directed and created solely by Alicia Beeson and later presented to the Sheikh of Qatar in March, 2013. It was presented by a team of experts in infrastructure and innovation from both PB and Oak Ridge.
